Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the hot water and melted butter. Mix with your hands until a cohesive dough forms. Add more flour 1 tablespoon at a time if the dough is too sticky.
  3. Knead the dough on a clean surface about 10 times until smooth.
