Love burgers but worried about your kidneys? This bun-free turkey burger is a lighter, cleaner American-style option that still feels satisfying.
90–100 g ground turkey
2–3 large lettuce leaves
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano or parsley
Black pepper (optional)
Shape ground turkey into a patty.
Cook on low heat with olive oil until fully done and soft.
Sprinkle herbs while cooking.
Place patty inside lettuce leaves.
Add pepper if tolerated. No salt, no sauces.
