A Tennessee grand jury indicted Kyle Chrisley, the eldest son of Todd Chrisley and his ex-wife, Teresa Terry, on June 2 on three counts of assault on law enforcement, three counts of retaliation for past action, one count of resisting arrest, one count of disorderly conduct and one count of public intoxication, according to Us Weekly.

He “unlawfully and knowingly” assaulted a police officer by “striking” them with a hand or fist, court documents obtained by the outlet show.
Kyle Chrisley is also accused of threatening “to kill” an officer for being arrested and resisting arrest.
The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault at the time of his December 2025 arrest.
His wife, Ashleigh Nelson, told Rutherford County sheriff deputies that her husband was behaving belligerently and walking down the middle of the road while she followed him in her vehicle, per US Weekly. When officers tried to speak with him, he allegedly became immediately aggressive.
The misdemeanor domestic assault was later dismissed after his indictment.
