Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt or any plant-based yogurt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water (as needed)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.Blend Dry Ingredients
In a food processor, pulse the oats until you get a fine flour. Mix in baking powder, salt, and chia seeds.Add Wet Ingredients
Add yogurt and eggs to the dry mixture. Mix until a dough forms. Add a little water if the dough feels too dry.Shape the Bread
Divide the dough into 4–6 equal parts and form into round or oval buns.Bake
Place on the tray and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
