Katt Williams Speaks On Ally Carter Being Tupac’s Daughter | HO’

“The second time I seen him was at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Everybody thinks he faked his death. He’s not dead. There was many things that happened and he got set up for a little bit.”

Those words from Katt Williams about Tupac Shakur have circulated for years, fueling the conspiracy theories that the legendary rapper faked his own death back in 1996.

But now, a new bombshell has dropped that connects those theories to one of the most controversial whistleblowers in recent memory.

Ally Carter.

Yes, that Ally Carter – the woman who has been exposing alleged Hollywood sex trafficking rings, naming major celebrities in court filings, and claiming she was a victim of the very elite circles she’s now exposing.

The internet is losing its collective mind over whispers that Carter is actually Tupac’s daughter. And allegedly, Katt Williams has been communicating with her behind the scenes about all of it.

Apparently, this is a well-known thing in certain industry circles, but everyone kept quiet about it because they were scared that it would validate everything she had been saying.

For those who somehow haven’t heard the full scoop of the things Ally has said, you have a lot of catching up to do.

You see those Epstein files that everyone and their mama has been talking about on the internet? Ally spilled tea about it way before the DOJ even released anything. But everyone called her crazy.

Mind you, she was literally putting her life on the line to do this. Her house got ransacked for evidence. She had to move states. Her family’s life was threatened. And people were still not believing her.

“You get pressured, attacked, stalked, and hunted down for your own information,” Carter said in an emotional video. “You get abused and revictimized again by people who wanted to argue and back and forth this week like that mattered.”

She continued, visibly distraught: “But nobody has bothered to apologize for all the hell that has happened. But you guys were arguing back and forth and in that meantime we lost our home. You don’t believe me? Here you go. What once was a full house, we were still paying rent on our house. What we were doing this whole time was moving everything because our house is gone.”

Carter claims her address was leaked by organizations connected to powerful people: “Our beautiful three-bedroom acre home… because organizations that were attached to many other organizations decided to put out the address, my license plate to one of my cars and many other of my information. So here you go. You can have it, right? Because this is what happens when you speak out. This is what happens when you tell all the truth.”

The difference between Ally and other whistleblowers, her supporters argue, is that she actually lived through the things she speaks about. So it’s not as if she is just repeating something she heard. She claims she has evidence upon evidence.

According to her story, she was kidnapped from her mom when she was 15 and forced into sex trafficking. That was when she discovered that under-18-year-olds were being stolen from all over the country and being used in hedonistic rituals.

“Four-year-olds that people take pride in sticking in bars of children,” she alleged in one of her more disturbing claims. “I don’t think people are going to be able to stomach the fact that people tie two, three, four, five-year-old to horse stables and have horses and dogs do things to them and then they get off on that.”

She went further: “I don’t think people are going to be able to stomach the fact that people hang upside down in satanic ritual meetings and they literally hang them literally by metal prongs. They hang them to get dripping out of them and people go up under and drink like you’re under a rainfall to take their blood.”

Ally said she wasn’t shocked that the feds didn’t take her seriously. It’s common knowledge, she claims, that these people are in the pockets of the elites. Her real issue was the fact that regular people were also calling her insane when all she was doing was trying to expose the disgusting stuff happening behind closed doors.

Mind you, she wasn’t asking for money or going on interviews and podcasts trying to get clout. If that was the case, she wouldn’t go into hiding every now and then to protect herself.

Actually, she stepped it up by filing an affidavit where she straight up named some of the celebrities she witnessed participating. And yeah, it included all your favorites like Birdman, Diddy, Denzel Washington, Young Joc, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z.

The affidavit read: “They are literally set on a table and had to wait for people to come choose them for sex. Once they were done having sex, they were placed back on the party favor table, and someone else could then come and pick them out from the table and repeat the process.”

She continued: “I had to sleep with so many people. Fetishes were happening everywhere and they kind of separated them into areas. For instance, one of having sex and blood was in one area while one with animals was in another area. I had to sit on the party favor table and wait to be chosen. The way someone would choose a gift bag off the table at a birthday party.”

But here’s where things get even crazier.

Ally had everyone gagging when she also revealed that she was actually the biological daughter of Tupac Shakur.

Before we get into everything she said, it’s important to note that there is literally no proof of this being true outside of the fact that she just said it. However, since everything she has revealed so far has turned out to be true according to her supporters, a lot of people also believe her on this.

Anyway, she said the reason why she hasn’t been acknowledged by his family is that a nurse swapped her out with another baby after she was born, and she ended up losing contact with Tupac and his family.

She also claimed that Tupac is alive and that if he doesn’t come out to claim her, she’s going to drop all the receipts and expose his current whereabouts to the public.

“Tupac, you won’t be able to hide from the public if I do. Okay?” she said in a video. “Anybody that is in my biological family as surrogates, they know damn well what I’m talking about. And if something happens to this woman right here, that’s the only person that I will ever consider. She is my mother. I know nothing else.”

She issued a stark warning: “So, somebody touch my mama. It won’t be a Sandra Bland situation. You guys will be seeing us on t-shirts. And I’m down with that because we know where we’re going. But if insurance releases insurance, you release everything. And I mean everything. If a song comes on of cleaning out my closet, everybody knows what that means.”

She continued: “So, I want to tell you now, I know a lot that I should not know. I haven’t even got to the facilities. I haven’t even got to things where things are buried. Why do I know cases that were in San Diego in 2005 when I was a child? So, like I said, Tupac, you know what I’m talking about. And you won’t even be able to hide from your own family.”

From the sound of it, it looks like Ally has a lot of complicated feelings toward him because she feels like if only he and his family acknowledged her as his daughter, it would bring so much vindication to the things she’s been saying about the industry as a whole for years.

But they didn’t.

And word on the street is people in the industry know, including people like Katt Williams and Jaguar Wright.

You see, even though Katt hasn’t actually come out publicly to show his support for Ally Carter, there’s been a lot of talk on the internet since everything that has come out that he has been allegedly communicating with her behind the scenes on how to go about everything.

Katt has his own history with Tupac conspiracy theories. He’s spoken openly about believing Tupac is alive and even claimed to have seen him.

“Tupac got caught on TMZ in 2009 after he burnt his fingerprints off and everybody seen him, right?” Katt once said. “The LAPD went out and covered that up. Look it up on TMZ. Look it up. Go look it up yourself. Go look it up yourself. You think I’m scared of you? Let’s go.”

When asked directly if Tupac is alive, Katt gave a telling response: “He’s alive on my playlist.”

That’s not to say that Katt is in support of Ally literally threatening to expose Tupac’s whereabouts, because at the end of the day, if the theory is true, he has his reasons for hiding. And if faking his death is what will keep him safe, then he has the right to do that.

However, from what the internet is saying, Katt feels like Ally needs all the support she can get so she can continue exposing the industry without fearing for her life all the time.

Katt has spoken about the pressures of the industry himself, including alleged Illuminati recruitment attempts.

“There was a crossroads where we were both invited to an Illuminati thing and it had to be one or the other of us and decisions had to be made,” Katt once revealed. “So, it was both of us, we were equal. One of us had to cut off all their hair.”

As usual, people had their own thoughts about the Ally Carter-Tupac connection.
