Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (they should be very soft/mushy)
- 1 cup of oats
- ¼ cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Mash the bananas: In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until you have a smooth, soft puree.
- Add the oats: Pour in the cup of oats and mix everything together until well combined.
- Add chocolate: If you are using them, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Shape the cookies: Using a spoon, place small mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper works best). Flatten them slightly as they won't spread much on their own.
- Preheat: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
