DARPA, the Pentagon’s advanced research agency, has conducted research related to aviation, atmospheric science, and military technologies over the years. However, there is no verified evidence that the agency is involved in spraying chemicals over civilian populations. Multiple government agencies, including the EPA, NASA, FAA, and NOAA, have repeatedly stated that there is no secret nationwide “chemtrail” program.

Kennedy’s comments have fueled heated debate online.
