🥔 Scalloped Potatoes
- 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
🌿 Roasted Asparagus
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
🍞 Garlic Bread
- 4 slices French bread
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Steaks
- Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Scalloped Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly butter a baking dish.
- Layer sliced potatoes evenly.
- Pour heavy cream over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dot with butter.
