  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

🧈 Garlic Herb Butter

  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

🥔 Scalloped Potatoes

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🌿 Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🍞 Garlic Bread

  • 4 slices French bread
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Steaks

  • Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the Scalloped Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly butter a baking dish.
  • Layer sliced potatoes evenly.
  • Pour heavy cream over the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, until tender and golden on top.

3️⃣ Roast the Asparagus
