Cheesy Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients (Serves 4–5)
For pasta:
- 300g spaghetti
- Salt (for boiling)
For sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter version)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt (to taste)
For topping:
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella (shredded)
- 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
- 2 tbsp parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente → drain - Make sauce
- Melt butter
- Add garlic (30 sec)
- Add cream + seasoning → simmer 2–3 mins
- Mix pasta
Toss spaghetti in sauce until well coated - Assemble
- Transfer to baking dish
- Top with mozzarella + parmesan
- Bake
- 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 mins
- Broil 2–3 mins for golden crust
