For pasta:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • Salt (for boiling)

For sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter

  1. Cook pasta
    Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente → drain
  2. Make sauce

    • Add cream + seasoning → simmer 2–3 mins
  3. Mix pasta
    Toss spaghetti in sauce until well coated
  4. Assemble
    • Transfer to baking dish
    • Top with mozzarella + parmesan
  5. Bake
    • 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 mins
    • Broil 2–3 mins for golden crust
  6. Serve
