1 medium carrot, finely chopped

2–3 teaspoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
For decoration:
60 g grated cheddar
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh dill or parsley
Step-by-step preparation method
1. Boiling potatoes
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes of about 3 cm. Place them in a large pot of cold water, add a teaspoon of salt and boil for 20–30 minutes over medium heat, until soft.

Once cooked, drain well and transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Add the butter and stir until completely melted. Add the egg and chopped parsley, then stir until you get a smooth, homogeneous puree.

2. Preparing the beef filling
