Do you want to make dough at home that is so soft and fluffy that it seems to float? This recipe is simple, quick and guaranteed to be a success . You can use it for homemade bread, pizza, cozonac or pies. The secret lies in balanced ingredients and proper kneading.

ingredients
500 g white flour

250 ml lukewarm milk

1 egg

50 ml oil (sunflower or olive, as preferred)

25 g fresh yeast (or 7 g dry yeast)

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Preparation method
1. Yeast activation
In a bowl, place the lukewarm milk, yeast, and sugar.

Mix and leave for 10 minutes, until foam forms on the surface.

2. Forming the dough
In a large bowl, sift the flour and add the salt.

Pour in the activated yeast mixture, egg, and oil.

Mix until combined, then knead for 8-10 minutes, until the dough becomes elastic.

3. Leavening
Cover the bowl with a clean towel.

Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.

4. Shaping and baking
After rising, shape the dough for bread, pizza, pies or buns.

Bake at 180°C (bread and rolls 25-30 min, pizza 15 min, pies 20 min).

Tips for a perfect dough
Don't use hot milk – it kills the yeast.

For extra fluffiness, you can replace half of the milk with yogurt.

Knead enough, otherwise the gluten will not develop and the dough will be dense.
